About Empire of the Sun

Empire of the Sun is one of Australia’s most visionary music projects, created by Luke Steele and Nick Littlemore. Since their landmark debut album Walking On A Dream—featuring the global anthems “Walking On A Dream” and “We Are The People”—Empire of the Sun has captivated millions with its euphoric fusion of electronic pop and surreal performance.

Follow-up albums Ice on the Dune and Two Vines delivered fan favorites like “Alive,” “DNA,” “High and Low” and “Way to Go,” alongside landmark performances at festivals including Coachella, Glastonbury, Lollapalooza and Austin City Limits. After an eight-year hiatus, 2024’s Ask That God marked a bold new chapter, led by singles such as “Changes,” “Music on the Radio” and “Cherry Blossom,” and supported by a brand-new, sold-out world tour.

With more than five million albums sold, six billion streams, eight ARIA Awards, and two APRA Awards, Empire of the Sun stands as a global cultural force. Their debut album Walking on a Dream achieved triple Platinum in Australia, and Platinum and Gold certification in both the UK and the USA.

About The Temper Trap

Emerging in 2005, The Temper Trap, a Melbourne-based indie sensation, swiftly rose from the local scene, culminating in a triumphant debut at the 2006 St. Jerome’s Laneway Festival. The allure of their first self-titled EP attracted the attention of renowned producer Jim Abbis, resulting in their 2009 release Conditions. The album’s defining track, ‘Sweet Disposition’, achieved platinum status, boasting 990+ million Spotify streams and global acclaim. Conditionsobtained Double Platinum in Australia, Gold in the UK, and sold over 750,000 units worldwide, garnering accolades including ARIA's Best Group and APRA's Song of the Year.

The Temper Trap released their hotly anticipated ARIA-nominated album Sungazer (out now via Mushroom Music, listen here) in July, debuting at #1 on the ARIA Australian chart, and have wowed audiences across a 24-date North American tour on the road with Muse plus a triumphant return to Australia for a sold-out national tour.

The Temper Trap are in absolute peak form following extensive international tour dates and blistering Festival sets at Beyond The Valley, Outside Lands (US) and Summerfest (US) over this last year, cementing their place in popular culture after a decade between albums, and gathering new fans and exciting the original fans with their industry acknowledged fourth studio album. It’s marked a phenomenal return after their hiatus. Sungazer has achieved over 28 million album streams, with anthemic hit single ‘Giving Up Air’ landing 16 million streams alone and climbing to Top 30 on the US alternative radio chart. The band have also succeeded in a digital landscape world very different from their early years, amassing over 225 million social media views in 2026 and increasing their followers by 160%.

Iconic multi-platinum millennial-soundtracker ‘Sweet Disposition’ celebrated massive 1 billion stream milestone in March. Always a fan favourite, it has also amassed a slew of remixes for ‘Sweet Disposition’ from the likes of John Summit, Vintage Culture, VXSION, Lost Frequencies and BUNT, solidifying its popularity with an entirely new generation of fans, and re-introducing The Temper Trap to dancefloors and charts worldwide. With 16 million monthly listeners on Spotify – The Temper Trap are undoubtedly one of Australia’s most incredible success stories, with no sign of slowing down.

About The Jungle Giants

After a potent 1-2-3 punch of shimmering singles (slash anthems-in-waiting), beloved Australian electro-pop juggernauts The Jungle Giants have released their much buzzed about new album Experiencing Feelings of Joy.

The follow up to 2021’s critically acclaimed number one album Love Signs, Experiencing Feelings of Joy is another beast entirely, a transcendent pop opus that takes listeners on a beautifully euphoric and uplifting journey, even as it’s underlined by some of the most surprisingly raw and confessional lyrics that frontman Sam Hales has put to paper yet.

Four people stand together in a dimly lit carpark, one holding a bouquet of flowers.

Borne from a particularly turbulent period in Hales’ life which included creative burnout, physical injury, frayed friendships and the end of a long-term relationship, Experiencing Feelings of Joy is a living testament to the eternal adage “the only way out is through”, with Hales using writing as a means of turning all the emotional tumult and upheaval into musical gold. “I'd overextended and kind of cooked it, but I really found myself”, Hales says. “That’s where the joy comes from, having this unwavering hope even after experiencing adversity. This record is the culmination of everything for me, because I'm so in love with it and I'm so addicted to music again.”

With a record big on feelings and even bigger on floor-fillers, The Jungle Giants are back to spread joy.

The Jungle Giants are vocalist/guitarist Sam Hales, lead guitarist Cesira Aitken, bassist Andrew Dooris and drummer Keelan Bijker.

About Roi Turbo

On October 28, Roi Turbo released ‘Can't Stop the Beat’ on Maison Arts, a new single featuring Luke Steele of Empire of the Sun.

For South African brothers Conor and Benjamin McCarthy, the track represents a new chapter, built on richer instrumentation, intricate arrangements, and collaborators who once felt out of reach. Growing up in Cape Town, they began experimenting with music young, finding inspiration in their parents CD collections and second-hand gear. Becoming a duo was never the plan though, they were simply two creative siblings drawn to learning new skills. After high school, that shared curiosity turned toward music, and they began producing together. A first record deal followed, and within ten days of signing, they'd relocated to London to be at the center of it all.

Two figures in long coats and sunglasses stand in a symmetrical industrial corridor with gridded windows.

That early momentum gave way to a sound of their own. Across their first two EPs, Roi Turbo began layering the various influences and textures that define their sound. The debut, Volcano Cigarette Shop (2023), set punchy synths and driving basslines against warm Telecaster and Rhodes textures, while its follow-up, Bazooka (2024), pushed further, fusing analog warmth with digital precision across disco, funk, house, and dance-rock. Roi Turbo has now joined Empire of the Sun on two tours, bringing their infectious energy every step of the way.

Now, ‘Can’t Stop the Beat’ takes that evolution further. Pairing Roi Turbo's groove-driven foundations with Steele's unmistakable vocal edge, the track bridges alternative music and synth-led dance, creating a sound that’s singular yet infectious, and built to move every room. It’s a bold next step for the McCarthy brothers, and a glimpse of where Roi Turbo can go from here.

Don’t miss Empire of the Sun’s electrifying live return with special guests The Temper Trap, The Jungle Giants and Roi Turbo to Australia and New Zealand in February and March 2027.
