NEW ALBUM GOOSENECK PARTY OUT NOW

Wade Forster continues to cement his status as one of the fastest-rising modern voices in the genre with confirmation today of 4x Golden Guitar award nominations ahead of Country music’s premier event scheduled for January 24th at the TRECC.

The nominations include: Male Artist of the YearToyota New Talent of the YearHeritage Song of the Year for his track Take That Buckle Home and Vocal Collaboration of the Year for Denim featuring award-winning female artist, Max Jackson.

The exciting news follows the release of his 22-track sophomore album, Gooseneck Party last month including the stunning single, Air It Out featuring Piper Butcher and his popular Dying Breed national tour of Australia which included performances at Strumming Bird Festival alongside Jelly Roll and Shaboozey, opening for Treaty Oak Revival in Sydney and Melbourne (sold out), and his own sold-out headline dates. Such was the demand for tickets that many shows were full booked weeks in advance. This follows his acclaimed USA headline tour in September with 15 headline shows sold out including 1500 cap venue Twisted J in Stephenville, TX.

Wade will be returning to the US in February to support Shane Smith and the Saints at the Ryman Auditorium – the historic Nashville venue known as the “Mother Church of Country Music” – and again in April to perform at Two Step Inn Festival in Georgetown, Texas, alongside Brooks & Dunn and Chris Stapleton. Further US dates will be announced soon, continuing Wade’s rapid rise on the international stage.

ABOUT WADE FORSTER

Wade Forster is a rodeo cowboy and singer-songwriter from Winton in outback Queensland, whose music hits as hard as the life he leads. Raised and still living on a remote cattle station and hardened on the rodeo circuit, his songs tell it straight—stories of love, loss, resilience, and the battles most blokes don’t talk about.

Since picking up a guitar in 2017, Wade has carved a path on grit and authenticity alone—racking up over 50 million streams without a label. After winning the 2024 Toyota Star Maker and sharing the stage with Cody Johnson and Luke Combs, Wade’s voice is now reaching far beyond the outback. His fanbase stretches deep into the U.S., where sold-out shows and millions of streams have confirmed he is the real deal: a modern cowboy with a voice that cuts through and stories that hit home.
